Vendors: Sign Up to Meet New Brides at Missoula Wedding Fair 2027
The 2027 wedding season is almost upon us, and the 39th Missoula Wedding Fair is ready to bring on vendors.
Over 40 experts in catering, styling, makeup, photography, dress, and wedding services will line the aisles at Hilton Garden Inn on Reserve Street to help brides and grooms connect with the unique elements their special day deserves.

How to become a vendor at the 2027 Missoula Wedding Fair and get $100 off your booth fee
Starting September 1, 2026, vendors can sign up for a booth at the fair with a $100 early bird discount until October 1.
You will receive a digital payment link and contract once approved. Payment is due at time of signing.
Draping will be provided for center booths without a wall behind them. One outlet per booth will be provided, so please bring a power strip if you require more outlets.
Booth set-up can begin on Saturday at 10:00am; all booths must be set up by 10:00am on Sunday morning. Booths must be manned and fully operational until 4:00pm the day of the fair. Tear-down may begin after 4:00pm. A complete list of brides and contact information will be provided by the end of January 2027.
Vendors also have the opportunity to give prizes for guests to enjoy and take home as a reminder of your curated services, so be sure you have some sweet souvenirs ready to give out!
When is the 2027 Missoula Wedding Fair?
The fair takes place on Sunday, January 10, 2027, opening doors at 11am for VIP guests and at noon for general admission. VIP ticket holders can relish in one hour of exclusive time with you at your booths, plus get first access to the Dress Express and one free drink.
